Catholic Giveaways Galore! {Enter All 9 Giveaways from this One Post!}

*UPDATE* The giveaways are now closed, and the winners will be announced soon. Thanks for participating, everyone! :-)

As you all know, I have been in the finals for Best Catholic Blog 2011 from About.com! I can't believe that I made it into the finals to begin with, and I would have never imagined that Catholic Icing could have held her own so well through the voting process! Today is the last day of voting, and you have all been putting up a very good fight for me! So, I wanted to say "thank you". As I was thinking about how I might thank my amazing readers for so much love and support, I decided to throw a big Mardi Gras giveaway extravaganza!!!

Because this giveaway is just strictly a thank you for how supportive you have all been through the voting process, there will be no "hoop jumping" for giveaway entries. That's right... NO HOOP JUMPING! :-) So you don't have to follow my blog, become a subscriber, annoy your twitter followers, or even comment to enter. Here's how you enter these giveaways: The Inlinkz company has been working with me first hand (with fabulous customer service) and made some special code for us for a no-hassle no-hoop-jumping giveaway. Under each giveaway item, there will be an Inlinkz box that says "add your link". Only you don't have to put in a link. Just click on the box and put in your name and email address. You need to use a valid email address so I can contact you if you win! You will need to submit an entry for each item you would like to win. One entry per person per item please! (Meaning don't enter to win any one item more than once- thanks!) Ok, onto the prizes! :-)

Momento Moose is giving away one Lego rosary! I have loved these rosaries ever since I laid eyes on them. They're one of the coolest Catholic things I have ever seen! If you ever order one, be sure to mention you were referred from Catholic Icing for a free gift! My favorite thing about these rosaries is that you can push all the legos together, and "snap" the decades apart as you pray. Wouldn't this be such an awesome First Communion gift for kids? The one being given away with this post is green in celebration of St. Patrick's upcoming feast day!

CCC of America is giving away one of their awesome Catholic kid movies! (We have all of these movies, and you can read my review here). If you win this giveaway, you will receive a copy of Patrick- Brave Shepherd of the Emerald Isle.

St. Luke's Brush paints beautiful Catholic peg dolls, eggs, and even rosary holding boxes. Aren't they beautiful? I think these would all make great Easter basket stuffers and cool first communion presents!

Today he is giving away a beautiful, hand painted peg doll of St. Veronica!

Holy Heroes is giving away 2 different sets of Catholic children CD's! The first giveaway is a set of their  "Glory Story" CD's, including Volume 1: St. Juan Diego and Blessed Imelda Lambertini (Patron of First Communicants), Volume 7: St. Martin de Porres and St. Clare of Assisi, Volume 4: Mother Teresa of Calcutta and St. Faustina Kowalska, and Volume 6: St. Joan of Arc and St. Anthony of Padua. These are fun saint stories on CD for kids to listen to. What a fun way to learn about the saints!

Holy Heroes is also giving away a set of Lenten CD's for kids that includes Holy Heroes Stations of the Cross, Holy Heroes Sorrowful Mysteries of the Rosary, and Holy Heroes Sweet Mary (Seven Sorrows of Mary with songs). These will certainly be handy this time of year!

Hair Bows 4 Life, who makes beautiful (and very affordable) religious hair bows, is giving away a set for St. Patrick's Day, too! This set includes one green and white hair bow with a St. Patrick metal on it, and a children's book and holy card with a relic. She also carries gift sets for first communion! Wouldn't a religious hair bow be a fantastic present to wear for First Holy Communion?

Illuminated Ink is giving away one of their Passion Play Cut 'n Color Kits. This would be such a great Catholic craft project for your kids this lent! It looks like a lot of fun! Illuminate Ink actually has several cool Catholic craft kits- this is the tip of the iceberg! :-)

Trendy Traditions is giving away a rosary of your choice! You guys- I cannot get over how beautiful, fun, and unique these rosaries are! She has personalized rosaries, rosaries for baptisms, first communion, and all kinds of other occasions!

Aren't they striking?! If you win this giveaway for a Trendy Traditions rosary, you can choose whichever rosary you'd like from her store, excluding custom work and the couples wedding rosary.

Last but not least, here's our giveaway from K4J! They're offering a K4J Individual Mission Pack Kit, and a K4J Mission Songs CD that goes along with the virtues and Missions for each month. They really have cute Catholic kid stuff- you need to enter this giveaway! :-)

I hope ya'll enjoy these giveaways! Happy Mardi Gras! Thanks for being awesome readers, and thanks for all the voting! :-) These giveaways will all end late on March 10, 2011.

  3. How wonderful. I only just recently discovered your blog which has given me lots of inspiration. Yesterday (it's already Ash Wednesday here in New Zealand) we celebrated the eve of Lent with mini mardi gras pancakes. This morning when my kids woke, I had printed your Lenten calendar for each of them along with another Ash Wednesday activity, waiting for them on the kitchen table. Thanks you!!!

  17. Lacy,

    I recently found out about your blog; and I LOVE IT! God Bless you! Clearly, your blog is divine-inspired and purpose-driven. BTW, my favorite line on your blog is "Never compare the inside of your family to the outside of another." What a powerful reminder that not everything is as it seems, and that we should be grateful for what we have -- rather than wish for things we don't have. I'm sure God is well-pleased with your blog -- and with you!

  19. Ohh, thanks for the link to St. Luke's brush! I'm currently an RCIA sponsor for a woman whose whole family is going through (her, her husband, and 3 kids), and some of the painted eggs (esp the Eucharist and Holy Spirit dove) will be perfect additions to her RCIA gifts!
