Biblical Craft for the Upper Room

Catholic ABC's Week: 25
Letter of the week: U
Theme: Upper Room
Saint of the Week: St. Ursula
Craft: Upper Room Craft

For the letter "U" this week, we are learning about the things that happened in the "Upper Room". This includes the Lord's Supper, and it just so happens that I already designed a craft for that! This craft is based on the famous painting by Leonardo da Vinci. It's not nearly as complicated to make as it looks. I have printable pages with all the apostles. All you do is color, cut, and glue them to egg cartons! It makes this great 3 dimensional craft that's awesome to use as a decoration or centerpiece for Holy Thursday, or any of lent really. Find my original post with directions and the printables for this da Vinci craft here.

Grab Bag Ideas for the Letter U: (be sure to check out the Classroom Script for directions on using the grab bag.) Umbrella, Ultrasound picture, Uncle, Unicorn, United States flag or map, Udders (plastic cow), Universe picture, Undershirt, Utensils.

For More Resources, check out the Catholic Toolbox lesson plans for the Letter Uu. (Her Uu lesson is on Uzziah.)

Catholic ABC's runs here at Catholic Icing every Wednesday with the new letter of the week. You can find the details of the program here.
